How the work is held
Nothing is retained after an engagement closes
The structure map, the register and every document gathered in the course of an engagement are held in an encrypted store under a key the client controls.
Retention
Unless a monitoring mandate is signed, nothing is retained. Only the structure map and the finding register persist, for as long as that mandate runs.
On request
Specimen Exposure Review
A fictional engagement, built to show the form of the register and the graph, is available to professional advisers on request. It is not published.
